The subject of the general terms and conditions is the regulation for all contracts between Fechter.ch and users of the internet shop.

If a product has quality defects, the customer can return the goods within 8 days of receipt.
The returned goods must be unused in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Payments already made will be refunded in full (excluding shipping costs and fees).

Delivery

The delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment.
Should the ordered product not be available in time, the customer will be informed.

Payment

Orders will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Bank details for the transfer can be found in the PDF invoice / order confirmation which the customer receives.
The customer is responsible for all expenses incurred by a bank transfer.
This also applies to payments made at the post office counter.
In this case, the amount to be transferred must be adjusted upwards by the customer accordingly.
For payments from abroad, it is advisable to obtain information from the bank about possible transfer fees.
Under no circumstances can charges be split.
If no payment is made 7 days after the order, the customer will receive a message.
If no payment is received after a further 7 days, the order will be deleted without comment.

Warranty

Fechter.ch AG guarantees that the product ordered is free of defects and functional for 12 months after delivery or collection.

The provider undertakes to treat the user's personal data confidentially and not to pass them on to third parties.
